Respected Indian Citizens,

 I am sending you copy of Appeal ,Subject- Why only male is punished??  Due to misuse of these Gender biased laws Youth is forced to Suicide (One Husband per 9 min while one wife suicide per 19min.),Terminated from Jobs ,Innocent Family members are arrested without any Genuine cause, Our irresponsible Corrupt system is busy with Extortion. Why all this is going on ??? Where these circumstances will take Nation ??? Youth energy once gets out of control, what will happen..................????   As a responsible citizen i have asked some serious Questions ,because it is the duty and Responsibility of Law Ministry, Parliament,President, Govt. to ensure that Indian constitution is not violated at all. If it does happen ,then it is the duty of Court to take action in larger public interest . Can some one raise this issue in Interest of Nation????????????? Will any of you dare to come forward?????????

Subject:  Women having sex with selfish motives---- Why only Male is Punished  …?????

            I wish to bring your kind attention to the “Legal terrorism” spread by the so called Modern,well Educated Women by misuse of gender based laws in India. These Laws were introduced with the intention to help Women in need. Powers and facilities were showered by ignoring basic fundamental rights of Male/Society by our Indian constitution. These Laws due to some faults in our implementation process failed to improve the conditions of real needy women--- who sleep without 3 times meals, sell their body to survive ;  because efforts were not made at ground level. Since there is no provision of punishment to women, even if --she comes with selfish motives. These Laws  were heavily misused by so called modern, well settled women to achieve their financial and other selfish gains. Unethically practicing Advocates and Police  takes full advantage of the drawbacks of our system. Lacs of youth are forced to suicide (Suicide rate of husband is double time of women). Youth is losing their jobs, being jailed on just false allegations , where as on the same land Government failed to take actions against Terrorists who killed the innocent people mercilessly. After huge expenditure on these criminals, their Punishments are being waved off by our President Smt. Pratibha Patil.

This situation-- where Youth is compelled to suicide, losing jobs due to misuse of Laws               ( Government does not take action intentionally ---just to please vote bank of so called  Modern Women ---who spread Legal Terrorism )         is alarming because Youth Energy is the most Precious to any Nation. I am compelled to ask some thrilling questions in large public interest. I hope you will dare to think, to take action on this critical issue honestly :---

1)    Is   making  Physical relations the need of Men only? and not of  Women…….????????

2) If a Woman makes Physical Relations with a Man to accomplish her selfish motives and accept a favour for the same ,Recovered the benefits like  Financial / Property /Promotions etc. and then same lady complains for Physical Harassment then---------- Why only Male is punished  ….??   Why that physical relation is  termed as Rape or  Sexual Harassment… ?????

3) If a Woman by her own wish make physical relations with a Man to gain Favours and received  benefits for the same then------ Why she should not be considered as a Professional Prostitute………????   What is the difference between such Woman and a Prostitute………..?????        Why such  Women are  not  issued license for prostitution so that the   Identity ,Respect and  Dignity of Hardworking  and Dedicated Women  can be kept   different and  immoral values are not cultivated in Children…………?????????????

4) If any such Woman or her relatives to accomplish their Selfish Motives  implicate innocents in false cases and complaints  , then in such circumstances-- Why only Men should be punished and not  Women………..???????????

How  ..!!   the Physical Relations with mutual consent can be termed as Rape………….????? Physical relations by force can only be attempted once , but if the Physical Relations are made repeatedly , then it is possible--- only with mutual consent and not  by  Force.

This is high time when Young blood is filled with full anger. Even now also, if responsible authorities fail to take action then revolution will be same as it recently happened in many Countries of   World .  I on behalf of crores of victims of Misuse of Laws  ;  request you to take action by amending these Laws  by adding provisions of Strict punishment irrespective of CASTE , RELEGION & SEX and help people to use their energy for constructive purposes to make India a based free Nation where every citizen can live, earn with peace and respect the honesty.

भारत में कृषि व्यवस्था के बारे में "लेस्टर" नाम का अंग्रेज़ कहता है की "भारत में कृषि उत्पादन दुनिया में सर्वोच्च है। अंग्रेजों की संसद में भाषण देते समय वो कहता है, भारत में एक एकड़ में सामान्य रूप से 56 कुंटल धान पैदा होता है। ये उत्पादन औसतन है, भारत के कुछ इलाकों में तो 70-75 कुंटल धान होता है और कुछ इलाकों में 45-50 कुंटल धान पैदा होता है। भारत में एक एकड़ में सामान्य रूप से 120 मीट्रिक टन गन्ना पैदा होता है। कपास का उत्पादन सारी दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा भारत में है।"
जबकि आज भारत में "यूरिया, डीएपी, फॉस्फेट" डालने के बाद औसतन एक एकड़ में 30 कुंटल से ज्यादा धान पैदा नहीं होता है। जबकि 150 साल पहले सिर्फ गाय के गोबर और गौमूत्र की खाद से एक एकड़ में औसतन 56 कुंटल धान पैदा होता था। आज भारत में "यूरिया, डीएपी, फॉस्फेट" के बोरे के बोरे डालने के बाद एक एकड़ में औसतन उत्पादन 30-35 मीट्रिक टन है।
एक अंग्रेज़ कहता है की: 'भारत में फसलों की विविधता दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा है। भारत में धान के कम से कम 1 लाख प्रजाति के बीज हैं। भारत में दुनिया में सबसे पहला 'हल' बना। जो दुनिया को भारत की अदभूत दें है। इसके अलावा खुरपी, खुरपा, हसिया, हथौड़ा, बेल्ची, कुदाल, फावड़ा आदि सब चीज़ें दुनिया में बाद में आई है भारत में ये सैकड़ों साल पहले ही बन चुकी है। बीज को एक पंक्ति में बोने की परंपरा भी हजारों साल पहले भारत में विकसित हुई है।"
आज भी धान की 50,000 प्रजातियाँ पूरे देश में मौजूद हैं। दुनिया ने सन् 1750 में खेती करना भारत से ही सीखा है। इससे पहले ये यूरोप के लोग जंगली फलों और पशुओं को शिकार करके ही हजारों साल यही खाते रहे हैं। जिस समय इंग्लैंड और यूरोप के लोग दो ही चीज़ें खाते थे या तो जंगली फल या मांस, उस समय भारत में 1 लाख किस्म के चावल होते थे, बाकी चीजों की तो बात ही छोड़ दीजिये। हजारों साल तक भारत ने दुनिया को चावल, गुड, दालें उत्पादित करके खिलाई है। और खाने पीने की हजारों चीज़ें दुनियाभर के देश हमसे खरीदते थे और हमें बदले में सोना, चाँदी, हीरे, जवाहरात देते थे।

- तरबूज की फाँकों पर काली मिर्च पाउडर, सेंधा व काला नमक बुरककर खाने से खट्टी डकारें आना बंद होती हैं।
- तरबूज का गूदा लें और इसे "ब्लैकहेड्स" के प्रभावित जगह पर आहिस्ता-आहिस्ता रगड़ें। एक ही मिनट उपरांत चेहरे को गुनगुने पानी से साफ कर लें।
- तरबूज खाते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि इसे खाने के बाद 1 घंटे तक पानी न पियें अन्यथा लाभ के स्थान पर शरीर को हानि पहुंच सकती है। तरबूज ताजा काट कर खायें। बहुत पहले का कटा तरबूज भी नुकसान पहुंचाता है।

Supreme Court Guidelines before arresting the Judicial Officer.......................

The Madras High Court has initiated suo motu contempt proceedings against a woman Superintendent of Police and four of her subordinates over the arrest of a Judicial Magistrate. The Court came down vehemently on the Police for deliberately violating the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court concerning arrest of judicial officers.

The Court said, “Blatant misuse of powers and showing scant regard and disrespect to the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court, have compelled us to take a suo motu action for contempt by five police officers and three constables. By this action, the Police had lowered the authority of the court in the eye of the general public, which prima facie amounts to contempt of court.”

Four days ago, Conoor Fast Track Court Magistrate, S Thangaraj was arrested after a complaint received from one woman sub-inspector. She alleged that Thangaraj had known her for more than a year and a half, while he was a practising lawyer and they were involved in a sexual relationship under the promise of marriage. She says, Thangaraj started avoiding her after becoming magistrate and married another woman. She complained of rape, intimidation and cheating against Thangaraj.

The Supreme Court in Delhi Judicial Service vs State Of Gujarat has laid down guidelines regarding arrest of judicial officers and the arrest of Thangaraj seems to be against these guidelines. The guidelines are listed below.

(A) If a judicial officer is to be arrested for some offence, it should be done under intimation to the District Judge or the High Court as the case may be.

(B) If facts and circumstances necessitate the immediate arrest of a judicial officer of the subordinate judiciary, a technical or formal arrest may be effected.

(C) The facts of such arrest should be immediately communicated to the District and Sessions Judge of the concerned District and the Chief Justice of the High Court.

(D) The Judicial Officer so arrested shall not be taken to a police station, without the prior order or directions of the District & Sessions Judge of the concerned District, if available.

(E) Immediate facilities shall be provided to the Judicial Officer to communication with his family members, legal advisers and Judicial Officers, including the District & Sessions Judge.

(F) No statement of a Judicial Officer who is under arrest be recorded nor any panchnama be drawn up nor any medical tests be conducted except in the presence of the Legal Adviser of the Judicial Officer concerned or another Judicial Office of equal or higher rank, it’ available.

(G) There should be no handcuffing of a Judicial Officer. If, however, violent resistance to arrest is offered or there is imminent need to effect physical arrest in order to avert danger to life and limb, the person resisting arrest may be over-powered and’ handcuffed. In such case, immediate report shall be made to the District & Sessions Judge concerned and also to the Chief Justice of the High Court. But the burden would be on the Police to establish necessity for effecting physical arrest and handcuffing the Judicial Officer and if it be established that the physical arrest and handcuffing of the Judicial Officer was unjustified, the Police Officers causing or responsible for such arrest and handcuffing would be guilty of misconduct and would also be personally liable for compensation and/or damages as may be summarily determined by the High Court
